I looked into replacing the hybrid battery last year when I bought my 2014. I found besthybridbatteries.com but they only had 2010-2012 batteries. Just recently they added 2013-2015. Don't know how good they are, but I'm keeping the link in case mine goes bad.

FINALLY!!! ? I upgraded my Sync2 to Sync3 back in January, and have been stuck with a heated steering wheel button on the home screen and having to dig through the climate settings to turn on my heated seats. Using DanMc85's spreadsheet and FORScan.org, I was able to get rid of the stupid door honking when closing the door while idling, changing the panic button from one press to two, change the auto turn signal from 3 flashes to 5, and get rid of the heated steering wheel button (don't have that option installed)!! Had to "disable" the power flow app (which I never use) because if you don't, the heated/cooled seats won't show on the home page. Got it disabled, but was stuck with my display splash screen showing a Ford. After 4 tries, it finally got the hint, and stayed a Lincoln. Man, summer is going to be a LOT better without having to dig through the menu to turn on the cooled seats... ? Edit: D'OH!!! Got in the next morning, and am greeted by Ford splash screen. Back to the grindstone... Edit 2: Found 2 items both in the APIM settings (not "as-built" menu). One, the brand was set to Ford. Switched that to Lincoln. Two, the splash screen was set to the 2nd option, which was something like "uknown" or something along those lines. Switched that to Black Label. Wrote after both changes, and now the splash screen is showing up properly as a Lincoln.... Black Label. Don't mind that much, at least it's Lincoln. Will post again if this change doesn't stay.

I'll be doing this in the first part of next year. My sync 2 got a software bug that just keeps the system restarting for about 10 minutes before just turning off. So no radio, nav, or adjusting ALL climate controls. Just purchased a sync 3 upgrade kit from eBay that should be here next week. So the 4DTech video and this forum is giving me an idea of what to expect!!
