  1. My seat A/c is not getting my butt cold at all. Any suggestions? Thanks Lee
  2. Thanks guys on the corrections of CVT Only the hybrid .
  3. Yep I liked the Borla video. Thanks Robert for chiming in on production. I checked in with the concierge regarding the final order date, but that was probably 2 or 3 weeks ago. Maybe Covid-19 changed it? BTW. IT's official. I'm a brand new owner to the MKZ group. My 2019 either ships tomorrow or Thursday to come cross country to me. It's white with 14 speaker stereo and regular sunroof. Never bought without driving, but it has less than 30 miles and it's new.
  4. CVT transmissions. Many mkz 2.0 or/and 2.0 hybrid subaru almost all small imports / economy
  5. Thanks Robert. Yep I agree. Regarding final orders for new 2020 mkz' has to be before 6/20/20.
  6. In the 2017 explorer of my wife - no issues with Apple car play.
  7. Yep. My son was into the fast and furious. Cool car. Actually saw one up close at cars and coffee in Malibu a while ago. Best lee
  8. I agree the mixing of the options means you have to have a virtual spreadsheet crazy. I just feel like this might be the last luxury car without a cvt transmission , so I have to go for it.
  9. Thanks drolds1, I will recheck what is in the Magnetic Package....good stuff.. best going forward. Lee
  10. Thanks Zalvern. Nice to know I'm on the right track with knowing which years naturally possess the drivers package and which years have to be purchased as optional equipment. Also, thanks about letting me know your thoughts on the throttle enhancers (the two we talked about). I heard about pedal commander from my tint and wrap guy (Ghost Shield). it was a good tip and now all on the forum now know of two different ones...good stuff. thanks again. Lee
  11. I look forward to hearing about your track days. I feel the same way you do about getting both sides of the coin with a sleeper car. Just looking for the right one. Good luck with your Lee
  12. Welcome aboard. I haven't purchased yet, but wanting to also get the 3.0 AWD V6. Best Lee
  13. Hi All and to multitask Congrats on the new ride. I would have commented up higher at that portion in the forum, but I don't know how to insert i believe I read the plant in Mexico is closing in August. That may have been printed before the covid19. I would call the concierge at Lincoln. Easy to find the number at Lincoln.com if its the Red I like from earlier in this thread, then my Call is the Ruby Red. Then there is the red carpet. Not sure which years get which reds. Best Lee (west coast)
  14. Hi others i too. Am considering buying a current version of the MKZ in Reseve trim AWD v6. I believe they added a lot more standard on the 2019 and 2020 from the 17 & &18. Can anyone confirm that. Second I believe one of the option packages in 17, 18 was the drivers package which added tuned suspension and torque vectoring along with some other accents. In 19 & 20 I believe they dropped the accents but made those two items standard equipment?? Thanks lee
  15. Yes. Car fax and have your mechanic check it out. If you really Jonsing for this car And the car has at least 500 or a thousand miles on it from its last oil change, then I would also give yourself time to receive an empty shipping bottle(s) from Blackstone lab, have a shop suck out a little oil from the engineAnd send it to Blackstone for health report on the engine You can do the same for other fluids also. Good luck. Lee
  16. Hi Everyone. Enjoyed reading this post. Lots of great contributions of information My Name is Lee so- I'm thinking of the 3.0 MKZ AWD V6. I would love to get advice of which year and set up to pick near me in CA there is a 2017 with 30,000 miles. (Doesn't have the tuned suspension or torquevectoring. So not sure?? there is another used low mileage car 850 miles away. 2018 fully loaded including the drivers package (which I believe comes with the tuned suspension and torque vectoring. There are some discounted 19s that are new as well. I believe they come standard with the tuned suspension and torque vectoring. Would love input. Thanks Lee ps. I have tried the pedal commander on the RS and it is an impressive after market item. Pss. Re: mKZ. Does Sync3 have anything usable for forward recording like the front and back recording that was heavily discussed ?
