I turned off my ad program (that also blocks popups) and yes, something came up.... on a small screen it might be annoying. But as Drolds said, these web sites don't exists with out some adverts... Maybe see if your phone and or browser can block those or use something else.

Chrome is better, so is Firefox, Brave I think uses the same engine as Chrome... I also use a PC at work, or a Mac at home and have never seen any add or popups....

I also do not see pop ups, maybe a diff browser to see if that helps..... could be you need to check your computer for any spyware? (just a possibility)

pop ups, usually mean your browser has been compromised. I don't use pop up blockers, and this site has never done that... Ads that are part of another window is not good.. This site has some at the top (just to pay bills I'm sure)
