Did changing the ATF help?

So I removed.the personal code I had set and then tried to add a different personal code. Stuck again - wont let me enter a new code. Probably if I factory reset again...

So I did a factory reset and it worked after that. Thanks for the help!

This was really helpful, sort of! So when i enter it backwards on the door keypad, it works! However, when I try to enter it on the settings so that I can create a personal code, it will not accept. I'm going to try updating the software soon, maybe a factory reset of the MyTouch? Also, another weird thing - when trying to connect to a wi-fi network, it would only allow me to type the password using numbers. So strange! What is up with this little computer?

Ok, so I used the 2 keys procedure to have my factory key code displayed, but when I try to enter that factory code on sync settings in order to add my own personal code, sync says my factory key code is incorrect. Help!
