Hi all, I have a question that even the dealer has no answer for/ actually two.
I have a 2015 MKZ
First, what happened to my Lincoln app where I was able to locate, lock/unlock and start my car?
the only option on this Lincoln app is to call the dealership.
Second, I brought it in several times for a fix, when i remote start the car from the FOB it heated the seats and steering as well as heated the car. this no longer happens. I checked in settings and whatever options are available are checked on.
