17’ MKZ with 70k miles. Oil changed every 10k miles 2.0 awd. How is everyone else’s high mileage cars holding up ? Jus wondering if there’s anything I should be expecting or anything I can prevent

Hey guys, new user here. 70k miles on my 2017 MKZ with oil changed every 10k Miles 2.0 awd with 20 inch rims and window tint... I attached a couple pics of it. Hope you guys like it
