How did you get to the 6x9s? you have to take the top cover off the rear deck? just got a sub for xmas, gonna hook that up with my vintage rockford amp ?

where were the other two that you found on the rear shelf? I see the 6x9s and the center 2"...

I just picked up the complete wiring diagrams for the '16 it appears there are 2 6x9 speakers, and one of those 2" center speakers on the rear shelf. and according to the wiring diagram, there's two speakers in the dash, somewhere, which would be the ones we're all missing! I did notice two port like plastic tubes under the rear deck too, like they're venting a couple of subs, any idea what those are? they seem to disappear by the rear seats/wheelarches.

Hey Izzy, I just got my '15 Hybrid, and I have the THX system which is decent no doubt, but I'm thinking of adding a sub, at least. How do those enclosures hold up? any flexing or anything? I have far less room to work with given that the battery system etc. is in the trunk of the hybrid, so am thinking something like those formed enclosures may be the way to go. I think I have a battery and amp in the trunk however, so wiring may be somewhat simple... Oh, and where are you in TX? Austin here...

worth getting a K&N filter to replace the disposable cabin filter do you think? They're about $44 i think. Judging by the amount of crud these things catch a lifetime reuseable one may be worth it!

I just bought a 2015 hybrid in black, and one of the first things i thought of doing was blacking out the grille, so thank you for this! I was pretty sure it would look better, but now I'm convinced, it looks SO much better! I have a can of PlastiDip Bronze also, I think I may try it with a coat of that to tie it in with the metallic paintwork perhaps? Just a hint of it mind... Nicely done btw, looks like it should be that way from factory! although I haven't managed to find a pic of the BL version anywhere ?

Hi! I just bought a car! big deal for me, haven't had one in years (motorcycles instead). Never thought I'd own a Lincoln, but I love it! I managed to score a 2015 MKZ Hybrid, reserve, with almost all the options I think ? She's black on black, with the 19" rims I have yet to name her however... Only found a couple of minor issues so far...there's some peeling on the two strips either side of the rear window, and the passenger wing mirror doesn't fold in when I press the mirror button I'll post some pics soon ?
