Why did i Downgrade from Sync3 build 17276 to Sync3 to 2.3?

I have the exact same issue, after upgrading to 3.0 my Android Auto is missing from settings altogether. Where did you find the 2.2 file? I have been unable to locate it anywhere on the internet. You mention the Australian site, but I cannot seem to find it there either.
