  1. This is our son's 1990 Skyline that he imported right when it turned 25 years old. It's more than doubled in value since. We decided to do an Easter photoshoot.
  2. Short hops for food and booze is all I do. Keeps its legs stretched.
  3. Nice color, it looks a bit darker than the silver ingot on our X.
  4. The car has to have a good cellular signal.
  5. Mine wheels have been off the car for dealer service 4 times and the nuts don't have a mark on them.
  6. Got it. The Revel system in mine would make my ears bleed at full volume.
  7. The dealer put Connie DWS06 on it, and I'm very happy with the ride, noise, and handling.
  8. Just turn it up? I don't get the issue.
  9. Once or twice I've had to uninstall/reinstall the app to get it to work.
  10. Folks seem to think it's for engine noise. For example, http://ophelia.sdsu.edu:8080/ford/09-29-2013/news-center/press-releases-detail/pr-2013-ford-fusion-hybrid2658-active-37160.html
  11. I still find it hard to believe that Lincoln adds engine noise to a car that also cancels engine noise and is meant to be quiet (and is).
  12. Where are you getting this? Lincoln wants me to pay for the first update on my 17.
  13. The next time there's an intestinal virus these people will be buying up all the nasal spray. ?
  14. I was looking into this for our MKX and it seems Floodfordesp.com has the best pricing.
  15. We put the Lincoln ones in our MKX and they work well, they also have the logo on them so they look good. Less expensive than Weathertech.
  16. Probably around the 200K mark. Now it wouldn't have gone 260K and have no motor or trans issues if it wasn't serviced religiously. Just didn't care for the cosmetics as much, washed and waxed it yearly whether it needed it or not. ?
  17. One noticeable difference between this 2020 with 2000 miles and my 2017 with 33K is the lack of vibration at idle. I don't know if they made improvements since 2017 but in the new one you can't feel the motor at all. The car looks black in the garage, it's an interesting color and has a nice metallic in it. A long wheelbase Escalade in white cruised through my neighborhood yesterday, and I have to say it made a statement.
  18. Nice 2020 MKZ, seems to be a base model as are most service loaners.
  19. Don't worry, the MKZ mat is not showing signs of wear. Last vehicle was Chrysler minivan, and I just stopped caring. ?
  20. I drove my last vehicle for 12 years and 260K, and my right heel wore a hole through the mat and then through the carpet under the mat.
  21. The Consumer Reports auto issue arrived in the mail yesterday, and the MKZ and MKZ hybrid took spots number 2 and 3 in their category of $35-$45K sedans. Not bad for a 7 year old design. And just in time for Ford to kill the model. Perfect.
  22. I didn't have the energy to pursue it with the dealer, I'll probably have it fixed along with a ding in the nose from a rock and see what my insurance will pay.
  23. For those of us who don't mod our cars, what are FMIC, SCTX4, and TB?
  24. The design and performance are great, but you need to be tolerant of quality issues with these new Alfas.
