Trunk is closed with electric switch, so not sure that can be the problem, and the guide lines on/off is always left on. This seems to only occur when using the key fob or the app to start.

Also another issue when using the key fob or the Lincoln App to start my vehicle. I had a demo of the MKZ before I purchased one and when I would use the key fob to start it would turn on the heated or cooled seats for me automatically. My car does that too. However, when I put the car in drive, the seats would stay on with the demo car. My car when it is engaged out of park, it turns off the heated or cooled seats. Any idea what could be causing this.
