Has anyone had the software upgrade for the engine/drivetrain for the 2013 MKZ Hybrid that's supposed to increase mileage? Results?

When you get time after delivery, I would urge you to pass along your disappointment about the back up camera to the dealer and the company. If they don't get this feedback, they're unlikely to do anything when there's a better product available.

Has anyone else found the Infotainment System disappointing? Not crisp, low quality sound? I was disappointed to see they dropped the jukebox, but willing to accept that if the system had the incredible system I thought I was getting. Boy was I wrong! Share your thoughts.

Has anyone else noticed the out of focus back up camera on their 2013 MKZ? It is vastly inferior to my SHO that I just sold. Any experience getting this fixed? My dealer said, it's up to the company. Ford Motor says they haven't heard any complaints. That's hard to believe.

It sucks they eliminated it. Loved it on my Taurus SHO
