So I've had this happen a few times on my 2011 MKZ. The audio/music on my phone seems to disconnect from the bluetooth and will not reconnect. I can still ANSWER phone calls via the manual buttons, but voice control no longer works. I've deleted the phone and readded through the menu multiple times to no avail. The ONLY thing that works, for a while, is disconnecting the negative battery cable for 5 minutes.Has anyone else had this issue and found a better answer??

I managed to download it for my 2011 and after 15 minutes trying to install, I got a failed to install. The recommendation from Lincoln was take it to the dealer. No thanks
