  1. Did they pull up the carpet to see if there are any holes or plugs in the firewall that could be leaking?
  2. Does anyone have any experience with these codes together? I really hope its just a bad o2 sensor.
  3. I looked around and could not find any specifically for the Zephyr. If it is the same as an 06 to 08 fusion I found one for $299.00 new by doing a google search for 2006 Lincoln Zephyr smart junction box.
  4. Hey guys, I just bought this car and it is in great shape. Runs and rides great except for having these codes. I am going to check the resistance on the plug for the O2 sensor to see if its bad as soon as I can get in there. If anyone has any other ideas for things to check before I spend money on a new O2 sensor let me know. These are the codes and description my Innova 3130c gives me. P0053 - HO2S Heater resistance (Bank 1, Sensor 1) P2195 - O2 Sensor signal stuck lean - Bank 1, Sensor 1
  5. Did you find the ballast yet? If not you can get a new Dorman ballast from rockauto for $155. I just got 2 tie rods, a wheel bearing and a O2 Sensor from them. Great prices. http://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/lincoln,2007,mkz,3.5l+v6,1434491,electrical,hid+headlamp+ballast,15962
  6. Very nice, I wish I could find a new set of the stock rims for my 06 Zephyr. I like the look of them but they don't last.
  7. Hello all, technically I don't have a MKZ. I bought a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr. I road in a 2008 MKZ that a friend of mine had and I really liked the car, so I started looking for a cheap used one. I did not find one in my price range but I did find the 2006 Zephyr which is the same thing. I kind of wish I could have found a newer MKZ with the 3.5L V6 because it has more power but its not all about power. The car I bought has a lot of miles on it (215,000) but was very well taken care of. The body looks great, the seats look brand new and the rest is pretty decent. The only issue with appearance is the chrome on the rims is starting to crack and peel off. It also had a bad wheel bearing and a bad tie rod which isn't a big deal. It is also throwing a couple codes for the O2 sensor for bank 1 sensor 1. I already bought the tie rods and wheel bearing and I am going to troubleshoot the O2 sensor to see if its the sensor or wiring issue. Can't wait to get it all fixed and running and riding perfect.
