I've had only one problem & that was the fuel cap seal first couple of weeks. Once replaced my 2011 MKZ has been a blast to drive, 63K & going strong! Doesn't like the cold weather (below freezing) though, mileage dropped down to 34 MPG this winter & is creeping back up sitting at 34.4 (long term mileage) this morning when I shut it off! Wish Ford/Lincoln would add adjustable engine compartment venting that keeps the compartment in the sweet spot! Using pipe insulation doesn't work as the Car Wash wants to rip the grill out with it!

Picked up my 2011 MKZ Hybrid in March 2011. Have 9,500 miles on it and am averaging 34.9 miles to the gallon. Wonderfull car, but, would like to be able to give it more pedal before it jumps into gas mode. Any suggestions, besides going slower, I'm getting passed like I'm sitting still when I keep it in electric! V/R DRNO
