Reserve I wanted the tech package, navigation & BLIS, optional wheels, *heated & cooled from seats* / climate package, pano roof, ambient lighting, real wood trim, 14 speaker Revel I still hate that forgot / thought I didn't need the multi-contour seats. Argh, lol

Mine had 10. Any more than that and I woulda been curious. Woulda preferred zero myself, lol

Now it all makes sense, lol. I read somewhere that if u listen to Sirius, radio and Pandora type sources that it's better to have the Ultima system because it regenerates a lot of the sound quality that is lost over the radio. Just to humor me, next time you're in your car play a song over Bluetooth, preferably a quality mp3 like Amazon or iTunes and see how that sounds ;-)

I know what you mean about the seat adjustments. I've had my MKZ since the end of August and I just recently found the perfect position. In my defense I don't drive it everyday, lol. But they've always been comfortable to me tho. I'm surprised you don't like the 14 Speaker Revel. I have it and I personally think its perfect and at times it can be a little too much. On most of my mp3's files that were downloaded from Amazon or iTunes I have to have the volume between 12-15. Very rarely can I play a song at the full 30. What audio system are you coming from?

I got the tech package thinking I wouldn't even use the adaptive cruise control but now I use it pretty much all the time. It's so handy and clever. Also because if I don't use cruise control I will look down to find myself going 60 in a 40, because the ride is just some quiet and smooth. The climate package was also a must have because the winters can get cold where I am, though not as bad as other places. I just don't like the cold, lol.

Yea, I only got the 14 Speaker Revel upgrade, another $3000 just seemed like too much for me. That plus the 14 is perfect for me. I didn't notice a rattle when opening and closing the passenger door but then again I wasn't listening for it. I'll check that next time I take a drive. I did noticed a slight rattle on the driver side nowhere near close to how the passenger side is. I think it's similar to ur situation, just backwards, lol. Hmm, so they replaced the speaker and it didn't help? That's good to know. I'll suggest they open the door cover while playing that song perhaps to see if it's still rattling. That should tell a lot I would hope. There might be loose parts somewhere inside it.

My 2017 has a rattle on the passenger side door when I play songs with certain kicks or deep bass lines. When I push on the arm rest part of the door it stops and sounds a good as the driver side door which is perfect. I noticed it probably a month after I got it which would have been the end of September. I'll likely get it looked at when I go in for my first oil change in April after a trip to Florida. I will likely get any front end rock chips fixed too since it will be a long drive. Just an FYI, the song I was playing when I first noticed it was "the Other Side" by French For Rabbits. If you don't want the rattle you might want to avoid this song as it may have sparked the rattle, lol.

Everybody with a 2017, what day did you pick up your car from the dealership and how miles does it have as of now? Just for fun 8-29-16 1,580. I don't drive it everyday, just to cruise around here and there.

I'm definitely glad I got it on my 2017 though I knew going in that would mainly only use it for having the shade back, not the roof itself. I don't like all the extra noise tho it isn't that loud but this is comin from a person who hardly ever drives with the windows down, lol. I would rather have air blowing from the fan. Definitely worth it even if for the shade like Myron said

Yea, my 2017 MKZ started doing this a couple weeks ago. I pushed the button on inside to close it, it would start moving then open. Was kinda frustrating. Finally got it to close from the remote. This happened maybe 3 times in 2 weeks. Then Saturday it worked perfect. Hmmm

Ordered mine June 6th and delivered / picked up August 29. It took 3 months to the day. About a month longer than I was hoping, lol

The first day I got my 2017 MKZ (8-29-16) I was able to adjust the settings for it but after a day or 2 I never saw the actual setting in the list for the instrument cluster again. Anybody with the Technology Package have this problem? It's weird because I wouldn't think there would be a way to hide a setting :-( Its not a big deal but it would be nice to adjust if / when needed

That would be cool, cuz I read somewhere that older Lincoln's couldn't be upgraded to Sync 3. I'm curious to see it

Yea, I researched it after your post and found that a place not far from me can do it and it lasts 2 years. I'm pretty sure the price was around $600 which ain't bad at all for something like that

Do u kno if all Trims come with that? And is it the same as the "solar tint" that is listed for all trims? Would u possibly be able to take a couple pictures of the windows? I'm curious kno if i'll need to spend any money on slightly darker tint. Thanks

Thanks for this. I will definitely be getting this for my Black 2017. Black easily gets dusty after rain or just if not cleaning regularly. It appears with this I can be lazy and still have a clean looking car :-)

After searching all over on the net I haven't been able to find an answer, even on the Revel website. Does anybody have an idea of the speaker size in the Revel Sound Systems? Mainly the ones at the bottom of the door and in the back over the trunk. Like are they 6 x 9's, 10's, 12's? I only came across this diagram but it doesn't have sizes. Looking at the diagram I would guess 6 x 9's at the bottom of the doors and 10's over the trunk Thanks for any feedback

I've been watching this thread like a hawk for the last month and a half now, trying to get a solid timetable for the arrival of my 2017 MKZ. From what I've noticed there's no standard, just a lot of praying and luck, lol. I'm waiting on a Black Reserve, Cappuccino interior, FWD, Gas, with the tech & climate package, optional wheels, 14 speaker Revel and a Panoramic Roof. I ordered it 6-6-16 and unfortunately have a build date of 8-15-16, which is a week after their shutdown. I found that out here, so thanks for that bad news, lol. Jk. It will be my first Lincoln but I've wanted the MKZ since like 2008 when I seen the commercial for it with the push button start. I think I picked the perfect time to buy one...having that new front grille and SYNC 3 :-)
