I have an auxiliary query: anyone have an issue where the car is fine one day, and the next it won't start at all? Had AAA give it a jump, it started right up and I got to work, but will have to try again at lunch and see if it's having a problem further. 94K miles, 6 weeks shy of its 5th birthday.

I've had my 2012 MKZ Hybrid for almost 5 years. Nearing 100K miles. I have trips of more than a mile at 99.9 mpg. Longest/best: 14.8 mi @ 78.4 mpg. Love my "Hot Rod (hybrid) Lincoln". Came from Crown Vic Police Interceptor, so duly impressed. Have learned to drive a bit differently in the hybrid, avg. 34.7 mpg. I'm on everything: freeways, highways high- and low-speed city streets, dirt roads.
