  1. Yes the LaCrosse looks very nice but can't come close to FOUR HUNDRED HORSEPOWER!!!!
  2. Thanks for the review, Bruce! I am planning on replacing my 2014 Cadillac CTS with a 400-hp '17 MKZ when my lease ends in about 7 months. I love the Drivers Package but am concerned about those low-profile tires in pothole-filled New York and your review makes me lean toward a well-optioned Select with the 18-inch wheels. FWIW i absolutely LOVE my Cadillac but the '17 is virtually unchanged interior/exterior from my '14 so I can't see getting another one for the next 3 years.
  3. Looks great! I'd love to see some Drivers Package interior pics..hint hint;-)
  4. To all who have posted pictures of their new '17s so far - they all look GREAT!!!!!
  5. Robert, which wheels were/are on your MKZs? I am curious if there is a noticeable difference in ride and quietness with the 19s vs the 18s.
  6. You're gonna have the car for a few years. What's another couple of days to wait for what you want and will love?

  10. Still wondering if the tire size for the 3.0t with Reserve package is 245/45R19 or 245/40R19. I mean the standard tire, not the summer Tire option.
  11. FWIW I'm sure the dealer is as anxious to get your car delivered as you are. The salesman, manager, etc. don't build or transport the car. You can bet that when they have news for you, you'll hear about it!
  12. Mine was Tuxedo Black with Steel Grey leather. Those Sport Package wheels made the car! If you like a hard ride, the 2010/2012 with the Sport suspension fit the bill! Yes, I get the feeling that the tire info on the Lincoln website is incorrect and that all 2017 MKZ's with 19-inch wheels will have the 40-profile tires. I guess the proof will be when the 3.0t's start hitting the dealers. If the 45-profile is correct I would want to order the Drivers Package, what a great combination of mechanical and cosmetic upgrades for the price!
  13. Thanks for the welcome! My CTS has run-flat tires which have rock-hard sidewalls so a softer ride would be nice!
  14. Yes but look at the window sticker up about 6 posts on this page...no optional tires but it shows 40 size, not 45

  16. Hi all, my very first post here. Great thread as I am planning to replace my 2014 Cadillac CTS with a '17 MKZ 3.0t/AWD when my lease ends in about 7 months. I previously had a 2010 MKZ (with Sport Package). My question is about tire size. If you build a 2017 MKZ with V-6/AWD and Reserve trim (with or without the Drivers Package) the tire size shows as P245/45R19 on the Lincoln website. However the few window stickers I've seen show P245/40R19. I don't want those lower profile tires - had too many problems with pothole damage on a 2012 Buick Regal GS with that tire size. Select trim comes with P245/45R18's and I would forego all the other good Reserve stuff just for that tire profile. Anyone know which tire size "really" comes with the Reserve 3.0? Thanks!
