Good to know. I got my VIN yesterday. As of right now the dealer is saying its scheduled for build of July 4. Due to some initial issues with my sales guy ( I now have a new one). They are going to try to expedite the build if possible. I am hoping for delivery sometime the week of July 11 or July 18

Grey03 - Any word on the shipment of your car yet? I checked mine, per the concierge its "in production" but as of yet have not received the VIN (thinking its in queue for VIN assignment) and hoping for an early july build... But it may not matter unless they have approved the 3.0 for shipment.... hell we may end up getting our cars at nearly the same time

that last time I was on the configuration pages... you could the standard was the 45 and you could select the 40 as an optional size

Cool. My dealer here said that mine should be built and here in July also... Something about the availability of the 3.0T

I am going to have to go with Dark Sapphire Blue (since i just ordered it in that color) and you can NEVER go wrong with black!

Hello all... New poster / member here. I currently own a Mazdaspeed6 but just placed my order for a 2017 MKZ. Waiting for a build date and looking forward with some trepidation. I am buying a car that I can not find a single review on and not being able to drive one either. As I am sure you all know... The 3.0T isn't available yet nor is the "driver package" that I ordered I have my fingers crossed that the "tuned" suspension improves the "meh" handling as has been described by many publications on the 2013-2016 models. As it is.... I ordered the Dark Sapphire Blue, 300A reserve with driver package, mid-level Revel system (14 spkr), the "regular" moon roof and climate package (damn mi winters and all) I am hoping to hear from some of the first recipients of the 3.0 and driver package cars and their thoughts... I will most definitely post mine when received.
