Thanks for the replies...I called Lincoln concierge yesterday and was told that Ford/Lincoln knows of the problem with the latest Sync update and are working on a fix, but no date for when available.

2020 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid...getting this message on my Travel Link intermittently. Audio and Movies show subscribed, all other travel link options are "not available". Get in the car the next day...all subscribed and work. Just got off the phone with SiriusXM tech support and they said they are getting reports of this on 2019 and newer Ford autos...there is no fix from them...it is a Ford software problem. Had my car at the dealer yesterday and they were clueless...their fix was to subscribe to Sirius audio. So am stuck with a hit or miss on Travel Link. Anyone else with this problem or any fixes??

Will be storing my hybrid for 5 months this winter...anybody know exactly what to disconnect to keep batteries from draining
