Key fob in my pocket will lower all windows and open sun roof. Have gone our several times and oncein the rail to find windows open. How to turn off this feature?

Except for normal stuff, no issues to report. Am wondering if is time to trade up or go the distance to 100k plus. Any problems to be concerned about as the  miles pile on?

It was the Purge Valve stuck open. Not covered under warrenty

I ran a vehicle report and got this:

 

Light Stays On: The On-board Diagnostics System has detected a problem with the engine, transmission or an emission-related component or system.

Light Blinking: Indicates that the On Board Diagnostics System has detected an engine misfire problem with the engine.

I had a wierd sound eminating from the drivers side rear. My mechanic put the analyzer on it and said something like "fuel system vaccum....". It stopped for a few days and reoccurred last night. This morning it is gone again. It happens when driving and when idling. It is a bit booming and reoccurs every 10 seconds or so. 53000 miles on it. What is it?

Does anyone have a service manual for the 2013-2016 MKZ's? I bought a used 2013 MKZ with the panoramic roof and that trim piece is not sitting right and is causing some wind noise because it sits higher than the windshield. The dealer replaced it under warranty because the noise was unbearable at highway speeds. The unbearable noise is fixed, but it still isn't right. I have seen numerous MKZ's with the panoramic roof and the piece is definitely supposed to be flush.

 

The dealer is at a loss because he said that there isn't much adjustment for that trim piece and he couldn't find any TSB's or anything about any issues so they aren't sure what to do. I was hoping to try and find some more information so I could potentially point them somewhere to look. I want to try and get this addressed before the warranty runs out.

I have the whistiling noise ay 70 mph, I think it is the antenna. My trim piece flaked and peeled. One was replaced under warranty and now the other one needs it, but the warrenty is over

What are they and where are they. thanks

Any suggestions for the best way to keep it clean ?

When I went to the Browse screen and selcted a genre the screen froze. It says loading. How to fix this???
