Hello, I recently bought an used 2011 MKZ. When I press the truck release (or use the fob), the trunk unlatches, but does not open. I have to get my fingers into the gap at he bottom of the lid to pull it open. This is impossible with gloves on. Most modern cars when you release the truck, the struts or maybe springs actually lift the truck for you. Should my MKZ be doing that, and maybe the struts need to be replaces, or it's missing springs? Thanks for any input you all may have.
