I have the same issue. I bought a 2013 and the hood was painted tom take care of some rock chips. I was told they had to do that to make it a "certified" car. After it was painted, there was marks in the paint and they agreed and repainted. I now cleaned the car yesterday and found overspray all over the trim pieces on the front of the car....wow.......I thought I bought a Lincoln.

I have used it before, it is one of the better paint protectors. I also like the Wolfgang paint sealant...

The last install update was August of 2013. I am wondering if that is correct.

I just bought a 2013 Linclon MKZ. There was a recall open on the car so I scheduled to take the car in for the recall. I also added the car to the Myford page as I also own a Ford F-150. When putting in the lincoln VIN and reviewing the info it said there was a Sync update. I told them at the service center what I saw and they said they would check into it. When I picked up the car they said that always happens and that there was no update. Anyone heard of this?
