Thank you very much! Odd question, but does the SCT tuner have the Rice Krispies tune ?option? I don’t quite know much about tuning so I really don’t know how to even download a tune. Say if I were to get an SCT, once I get one, can I request a custom tune from a professional shop? Such as a Rice Krispies or Track tune? And if not, do I have to buy a special tuner for the tunes? And how would I go about getting a good tune that i can actually data log and get a couple of revisions to make sure your running safe boost?

My jaw dropped as soon as I saw the side skirts. As well as the 2 tone wrap... and the wheels... and everything!!! Absolutely flawless build man! Gotta ask. What rims those are and where did you get those side skirts and back splats?

I would like to do something different. This is the main reason I got this car. Don't worry, I'm taking extreme care of this car. I am upgrading everything that could be upgraded in the best fashion possible. I'm dropping a lot of money on this car so it won't get damaged. My warranty is not a problem at this point, the motor and transmission have both since been replaced to brand new after problems. I can also fix my own vehicle if it is not a considerably major problem. "It's my style." A big quote I've been referencing when people ask me why I'm doing all of this. I have been trying to make a build happen for years but it somehow someway gets postponed. So this is it. My build. And I can't wait to see everyone's reaction when I come out with a vehicle that sounds, looks, and is the essence of beauty.

So I am getting the Livernois tuner. I know practically next to nothing about tuning and how to request, download, and load tunes. Here are a few questions that I've had that I've tried looking for but couldn't find. For the Livernois is there a list of custom tunes/ECU file tune downloads that I can find online? Is a rice krispies tune available, if there is, how can I get one? How much horsepower can the Livernois increase for 2.0? That's pretty much it. Thanks again.

Does anyone have previous experience with this tuner? Is it worth it? Better than livernois? How much horsepower does it truly increase? How many custom tunes are there for this one tuner? Thanks

Yep, I'm considerably younger than most. 18. But still, I strive for my dreams. I make things happen. Even if people hate it, I don't care. I am happy with what I have, and they can suck it. I've heard many many incredible I4's. I will post a before/after sound clip. I am also installing a steeda air intake along with a BOV.

Opinion rejected. Fart can embraced. But for real, my vehicle sounds extremely good. I have taken the fish tank of a muffler off and have been asked multiple times if my car is a 2.7 liter. It actually doesn't sound like a fart can whatsoever. And the shop I am getting the exhaust done has worked on thousands of I4's. He's the best in South Carolina. He can make it sound great. I can also customize the tone/loudness factor of said exhaust. I can get a deeper, louder tone, or a performance Esque, more quiet tone.

Howdy, all! I am considering getting H&R lowering springs for my Lincoln and wanted to take the communities feedback on anything that was bad/good about the springs. That's the exact reason I got this vehicle. Its difficulty to find, and make parts make it an extremely satisfying car to build. The satisfaction of making a build that's considered rare in the community is from what I see as the purpose of my Lincoln. I cannot wait to make it my toy. But safely. That's why I'm on this forum. I previously owned an extremely beautiful 2010 Nissan Maxima, but I, unfortunately, was caught off guard by a dumb teen who rear-ended me, totaling my car, and his. I saw the lincoln that I currently have and fell in love with him. This car is so beautiful. Everyone that gets in my car is caught off guard by the beauty of the interior. Many call it a rocket ship. But I always crave more. I always want to make things better. I try and educate myself, but for this build, I didn't want to. I needed people that knew about the car better than I did, so when I finish my build, I won't be afraid of losing anything I spent my money on. Whether it be severe, or a simple fix, I don't want anything to happen to this car. There will be a lot of custom work done to this car, starting with the exhaust. Thank you very much. You just saved me $300, or in other words, $300 to spend else-where. I believe it would come in handy for a street race at 40+mph but I don't exactly do that. If you have any other power enhancers that you know would be a good fit for the lincoln, let me know, because this car is a build I'm going to have for a while.

I don't know what I'd do without you bbf. I really don't. Also, I was not reading the label correctly on the exhaust system. I really can't find any exhaust systems so I'm giving up hope on it. I found the Borla one is too quiet for my taste, as I'm trying to boost the sound. Like I've said in a million other posts, links to any universal/100% fitment exhaust systems would be greatly appreciated, as I've spent hours searching and still can't find one. As for the Throttle Controller, why is it considered useless? I'm sorry for not knowing, I'm new to the whole modifying thing. I know how to fix things, not make them better. The BOV is for sound. Sorry for not specifying.

My description was easy to understand. I told them there was a buck when shifting from second to third gear. They replaced the trans. It was Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia. They were extremely qualified. They were extremely booked the month my motor blew. Only a few workers worked. It could be a simple fix, it could mean taking it back.

I took it to the same dealership that I bought the car from. It was replaced under warranty and in total it was around $100 final price. It was properly diagnosed and properly fixed. That I would know because it took over friggen two and a half months to replace/fix everything.

Howdy, all! So I've been pretty active on this forum lately, and so I considered some questions I need some help with because even I don't know what to do, after the pain I've already gone through taking her to the shop. The bucking of my car has persisted throughout when I first purchased it used with 37k miles. My parents, who surprised me with this car, told me everything was fine. Then I got in the car. Shifting from second to third above 2k RPMs will cause a pretty violent buck. This issue has persisted through an entire transmission and motor replacement. It first started when my battery began fluctuating in power throughout the car. Sometimes it would start the motor, sometimes just the lights in the interior. I then replaced the battery, and it showed it did not help anything. I needed my car diagnosed. My car threw a code simply saying it was the coolant that needed to be replaced, and refilled, and I did. Yet sputtering, and dying still happened. I then took it to the shop. At this point, I knew something was up. They diagnosed it on their systems, and they told me that the motor was misfiring on cylinders 3 and 1. And they also recognized the bucking of the car and replaced the transmission. Bad news bears, the bucking still to this day, post car doctor and everything, still persists. I've replaced the transmission oil. I have replaced the coolant line. Nothing seems to work. I need y'alls help because I want my car to drive as smooth as she looks. I'm not going to lie, this is the biggest P.O.S I've driven reliability-wise. She's put me on the side of the road a few times. It's 2017. WIth 38k total miles.

BOYS! I'm back with another question. Two in a single day... I know right. Anyways, I'm trying to compile a shit ton of things such as little modifications, and the larger modifications so I can spoil myself for Christmas. One of the larger is my exhaust system. Always wanted to do this car nicely with a good exhaust, and I'm still 100% up for advice. Which is why I'm here. I've asked this in a previous question, where I compiled a bunch of different ones, so I didn't quite get the answer I want, but I wanted to ask where I could find the best sounding exhaust, some notes: I want something loud. I know, super anti-climatic. Secondly, I wanna be able to hear some bangs and burbles from the exhaust. God, I sound like a child in a candy store. Finally, I want something where I can also maybe (but not super importantly) hear my turbo. I'm looking for a more sporty note, and not something that's so deep, it sounds like a ranger with outlaws on em'. You guys have been so helpful in my journey of completing this project, and I thank all of you :D. I have a LOTTT of stuff to get, and a long way to go.

Hello all! I have tried my absolute hardest to find any cold air intake, preferably by K&N. Does anyone know a cold air intake that would 100% fit inside my lincoln? I'm trying to bump the MPG up a little, and I miss the sound of the cold air intake I had in my previous car. Both I and my father have tried looking for hours and couldn't find anything that was 100%, so, this is my final chance. Thank you all for your help! Gross, a Civic. Yes, I am a teenager who got really lucky with price, but this isn't the first car I've owned. This one is very much a... "one of a kind" car. Maybe I'll leave her stock :D
