Just picked up certified 2014 MKZ Hybrid.  Love this car.  Looking for bit firmer seating option. Just came from a vehicle with firm seat pad and bit flat seating position. Any specific setting I need to make seat bit form and flat.

Other option as Seat has AC/Heater option so seat pad that can support or survive seat heat/AC .

There are no additional settings that change the firmness of the seat other than the lumbar support.

You might need to go to an automotive upholstery/trim shop to get what you need.

What is "bit flat?"

I meant flat like flat bottom support... :)

I will have to live with seat as is. My test drive experience was much different (Comfortable) then my 1st day driving to work experience on same MKZ.  May be it will take time to get right adjustments.
