I have a 2017 MKZ hybrid, and the driver's side window does not want to roll all the way up. When I try to close, it just bounces back down. I finally got it to roll up after about 5 times. I do have a service appointment in a couple of weeks. It's just a really long drive to the closest dealership! Has anyone else had this problem? The car is only 3 months old.

Yes.  Several of us have had this issue.  There's a TSB for it.  See this post (and the entire thread).  Your dealer should be aware of it.
