This is real odd I was out this morning and I put the car in reverse and when I put it in drive the screen went black, any one every had this happen. I had to shut off the car and start over.

Me either, but these cars tend to have electronic glitches from time to time.  Most of the time they clear with a re-start or a reboot, if you will.  I wouldn't be that concerned for now. If it starts to happen with any frequency, make a service appointment.

It happened 1 time with my 15 (Over 10k miles)  never on my 13 (over 34k)

Yes , happened once at about 12,000 miles  , turn off car and restarted, the screen came back on.
