US News and World Report ranked the 2018 Lincoln MKZ #15 out of 15 Luxury mid-sized cars. Doesn't affect my absolute LOVE for mine!

They can keep their bias. I’ll keep my hundreds of dollars less a month with more value dollar for dollar than the cars “ranked above” the MKZ. I’ll keep my 450+ hp tuned super comfortable and dynamic vehicle. I’ll keep enjoying getting into a unique car that rewards me with a great balance of features and performance.

They're downgrading it for the handling?  Obviously, they haven't driven one with the Sport package.

A friend of mine has an E-Class M-B, one of the top cars on the list. The MSRP begins where mine left off.  He paid $62G for it and it doesn't have anywhere near the equipment that my MKZ has.  The interior is nothing to write home about either.  For that money, it doesn't even have rear or front park sensors.  Not to mention that my car could run away and hide from it.

We love our cars.  Who cares what they say?

They have never given Lincoln/ Ford a fair shake. I love my car. Every time I am on a high hghway I am grateful for the easy power and quiet drive. The panoramic sunroof is awesome and unique to the MKZ. After a brutal few winter weeks, it was awesome to use. Lincoln should really feature the things that make it unique.

I remember when consumer reports used to dog Ford/Lincoln for not having enough real buttons to control things. Will they do the same to the Model 3 Tesla?

I had a deposit in for a Model 3 prior to locking down my MKZ. I ultimately decided the toned down final design wasn’t as good looking as the initial pre-preduction look. Thankfully I pulled the deposit as I needed a car in the spring and I would have still been waiting.

Anyway, no, they will not complain about lack of buttons in the Model 3 because as I said above they are biased. They will suddenly have a newfound understanding of how technology works and miraculously develop better memories that allow them to remember new movements and vocal commands.
