RPM's at 70MPH with tcc lock up on 2008 MKZ AWD

What should the RPM's be at 70MPH with tcc lockup on a 2008 MKZ AWD?

I have a 2012 but there shouldn't be that much, if any, difference.  At 70mph, the tach reads 2100rpm.
