Hey 2015 mkzh here. I just noticed that the front seatbelts in my car are badged with a Ford logo. Is everyone else's the same? I bought my car used so I wanted to see if these were replaced or not. Thanks!

Every part in your car has a Ford part # on it.  Many will have Ford logos on them as well.  Lincoln is a Ford brand and the MKZ and Fusion share a platform.  No surprise here.

Yeah, I get that the mkz shares a fusion powertrain but it just surprises me that Lincoln would blatantly be ok with branding parts with a specific Ford logo. The key fob is shared between the two but Lincoln is branded on that, not Ford.

I've owned Acuras and Lexus' that share the same Honda/Toyota part but all the branding is for the luxury vehicle. This is my first time buying American luxury so maybe my expectations shouldn't be the same. Thanks for answering my question!
