I am trying to find out if a quick strut from a 2007 Ford Fusion part number below will work on a 2007 Lincoln Mkz. I cannot find a Quick strut for the MkZ only for the Fusion.

The part numbers are the same for the Shock insert if I wanted to compress the springs.

Monroe Shocks & Struts 172261 Monroe Quick-Strut Complete Strut Assembly

Thanks

Dean

They might fit but the suspension tuning for an MKZ is different from that of a Fusion. You may not be happy with the ride.

Also, quality seems to be spotty.  Here's a few reports from Fusion owners.

Most likely different coil spring rates on the MKZ VS Fusion.
